This is a great book. It really makes you think about your chosen work, your lifestyle and what you really want from life, not what you think you want. Take time to do the excersises, they really do make you think, and changes do follow.

An excellent book5
This really is an excellent book. I bought it because the title really appealed to me. Having read the book it is definately true to the title. I found it difficult to put down and enjoyed all aspects of the book. My favourite would be the "self care" and the idea of when you focus on yourself all other things fall into place. If you want to get your priorities right/balance your life and really live the life you want, then this is the book for you. This book can mark the beginning of your journey and will help you through it.
