This book provides clear visual evidence of the positive and negative effects of words, thoughts, actions, images etc. upon the environment.

'Messages from Water' has helped me to understand the differing results between the positive and the negative, and with this proof I can choose to act with understanding.

There are some stunning photographs in the book and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who would like to see scientific evidence of the effects of positive and negative behaviour.

Positive thinking works - the proof!
I have given the book 4 stars only because there is a lot of Japanese print, and not enough English explanation - however, the pictures say it all. This is scientific research into the field of alternative practice. Positive or negative thinking has a very pronounced effect, and the pictures in the book prove beyond all doubt that thoughts affect things in ways we cannot imagine.

If you are in any doubt about the power of thought - then get this book.
