If you have back pain you must buy this book today !
This book was lent to me by a physical therapist who has treated me for back pain & sciatica. I was so impressed that I am now buying a copy for myself and recommending it to friends. The author is medically qualified but writes in a clear, simple style. His treatment plan is explained at the outset in layman's language,with photographs and diagrams, so within half an hour of opening the book you have all the information you need in order to begin treating yourself. The second section developes his ideas and gives the scientific reasoning behind them. The treatment costs nothing, is very effective, and works quickly - in my case after 20 years of intermittent pain I had relief in 24hrs. You've gotta have it !
