Useful, but not the best
I've used this for a while and found it served its purpose of helping me maintain a good head/neck posture quite well (although it doesn't stop you slumping forwards). The main issue I have is that it's too firm and so can get uncomfortable - I have been given a better one at work that's much softer and feels more like a cushion than just a support.
