At last, transatlantic sessions 1
Finally, after the release of various other, later transatlantic sessions volumes the original and, in my opinion, the best has been released. It does not disappoint.

Celtic Beauty meets State-Side excellence!
A truely wonderful compilation of tracks which will leave you breathless. I never tire of this CD ( one of a very few in my collection ). The talents of the artists both instrumentally and vocally are amazing. There is something for everyone on this CD and I guarantee you will find your own 'classic' track buried here! Buy it... you won't regret it even at export prices!!!

Top-quality performance
Following my discovering the latest series of Transatlantic Sessions on BBC4, which I love to bits, I investigated whether there was a CD to the series. This one was for the first series. Although I don't think it quite touches the heights of the latest, it is still a terrific album. If you, like me, are particularly fond of good folk music, then this is a good addition to your collection.
