A fascinating, yet-unexplained scientific phenomenon shows that individual objects in the universe are not quite as separate as they seem. Once two objects interact, they remain connected in space and time in what Einstein called 'spooky action at a distance.' Could the same interaction explain psychic occurrences? Psychic researcher Dean Radin argues that human minds are likely interconnected or entangled in the same way, and this interconnected fabric of reality is the key to those puzzling yet profoundly meaningful experiences called psychic phenomena. ENTANGLED MINDS shows how science has rigorously demonstrated genuine psychic effects and why these phenomena are the next frontier in understanding who and what we are.

Customer Reviews
An excellent, well written and convincing tome
This book, like dr Radins previous work "the conscious universe" is a well written, well researched and entertaining book that sheds light on the truth behind the reality of psychic phenomena. But unlike other "new agey" or "spacey" books he backs his claims up with facts and hard data that is undeniable. He also does not fall into the trap of other books on psi phenomena of taking it to far and going off on flights of fancy. He says "there is proof for psychic abilities, but that does not mean that aliens etc" and while he does nod towards the fact that large scale psi-effects may be possible, he does not take it out of proportion or make any claims that are unsubstanciated. He remains level headed and scientific throughout the book without boring the reader with scientific jargon and graphs. It is the best balanced, most sensible and best written book in its genre and i cannot recommend it enough.
a brave and wonderful book
You have to admire the integrity and courage of Dean Radin, his willingness to break with scientific convention and risk ostracism. In this book he puts forward an indisputable case for the reality of the 'paranormal', which would surely convince any open-minded person. Not only that, this book is very readable and entertaining. A must read for all the sceptics out there!
Enboggled minds - my brain hurts!
I heard about Dean Radin on a BBC "Horizon" TV programme earlier this year, the subject of which was decision-making. Radin was taking about experiments apparently showing people can predict what kind of picture is going to flash up before them. This is covered in Chapter 10 of this book, "Presentiment".
I am not a scientist, and struggled in particular with physics at school. This means much of this book was lost on me, so I can't tell you whether or not it was convincing. If you have a fundamental understanding of quantum physics, you will get more out of it.
The first 11 chapters were plodding descriptions of experiments and meta-trials. It was pretty dull (to someone who doesn't understand science) so I have to give it 3 stars for that. There are loads of references in the back, though, for the benefit of those who can get their heads round this kind of thing.
Chapter 12 onwards gets better, as Radin proposes some theories of how psi might work and how it ties up with quantum physics. I still didn't really get much, but I've now got an appetite to find out more.
