The journey starts when a blue meteor collides with your spaceship. Make your creature and then explore
This is our first encounter with Spore Heroes, so can't compare with other games.

However my two boys (aged 6 & 8) love making up new creatures - you can have several saved under each profile - and then taking them out to fight and explore.

They've been wrapped up in this game for weeks - even super mario doesn't get a look in now that Spore Heros Arena has arrived.

I would recommend this for anyone who likes to be creative but still enjoys a battle and exploring.

Simply Terrible
The Spore franchise takes a turn for the dire, in this terrible DS game. A potentially great concept is ruined by a terrible combat system, combined with boring exploration, along with poor visuals and controls; this is finally topped off by a brain numbing story. The game simply doesn't seem to have been developed to play to the DS's or Spore franchise's strengths. What were the developers/EA thinking? Avoid.

I got spores arena for my sons birthday now my other son wants it too it is great fun and you can do loads of things i would recomend this game to anyone
