Manufacturer's Description
The Bluewalker VoIP kit enables you to use your computer as a wireless VoIP phone

The Bluetooth headset is very light and can be used for up to 8 hours talk time and 240 hours stand-by time. The Bluetooth USB Dongle enables Bluetooth to your computer. With these two products you can use the low costs of VoIP wirelessly. Additionally, both products can be used separately, the headset with a Bluetooth mobile phone and the dongle with the computer, e.g. to transfer photos from mobile phone to computer.

OK, just not robust enough3
I set it up with no problem, had it paired with both the laptop and the mobile and it worked a treat! Unfortunately this happy state of affairs lasted about 6 months of only intermittent usage before the headset disintegrated... The actual earpiece came away from the housing and a wire broke and here I am - looking for a replacement.
Incidentally, the same happened with a friend's Bluewalker headset, exactly the same part broke away.
Beautifully lightweight, excellent talk-time, just not physically up to the job...

very disappointing1
I use Skype a lot and was interested to try a bluetooth phone with Skype, so i bought this product. After 4 hours trying to installl it I have now given up. The 114-page instruction manual was obviously written by someone who (a) does not speak English as a first language and (b) knows the product inside out. So it is unintelligible. I'm very disappointed in what should have been a seamless process.

Order it if you are looking for an IT challenge!

I Give Up1
The headset arrived as expected and the software installed really well, no problem. I followed the instructions in the manual for charging the headset and after 10 hours the charging light was still on (8 hours tops for a first charge according to the book). Following the extended charge the unit would not switch on, I read the manual a dozen times to make sure I was following the instuctions correctly. I returned that one and received a second that had exactly the same problem. I surrender. I don't have the will to go on. Have now asked for my money back
