The title deals with the sub plot the main meat is involved with the hood.
The whole trust issue is building towards secret invasion, it runs throught this collection but is not resolved here. The main story deals with a collection of badguys working for the hood and become very successful. Of course the avengers get involved and the obvious does happen.
