FABULOUS RESOURCES CD
THIS RESOURCES CD IS SO EASY TO USE. IT HAS ALL THE RESOURCES OF THE JOLLY PHONICS HANDBOOK AND MORE (998 images in all). IT UPLOADS VERY QUICKLY INTO A SERIES OF EASY TO FIND FOLDERS: ACTION PICTURES, 16 FOLDERS OF ACTIVITY TEMPLATES, AWARDS AND STICKERS, DICTATION SENTENCES, FORMATION OF LETTER SHEETS, ACTIVITY FRAMES, B&W IMAGES, CARTOON CHARACTER IMAGES, SASSOON LETTERS, SOUND PICTURES, TRICKY WORDS & WORD BACK. THE ACCOMPANYING BOOKLET GIVES PLENTY OF IDEAS OF HOW TO USE THESE TOO. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. SO VERY EASY TO ACCESS, PRINT AND USE.

Doesn't work on macs despite claims to the contrary
Doesn't Install on Macs running Leopard - Contacted support who suggested Java reinstall - Did this - still doesn't work.

Their support forum has people all with the same issue.

Luckily I have a PC alternative, which I didn't want to use as it's a server on which the product does Install and it's good - Would have been 4/5 stars

Marked down however because of my main gripe

Excellent for building reading (phonics & blending) skills in a fun way!
This Jolly phonics CD-rom is a great way to help kids learn and improve their phonics, blending, reading and spelling skills. My daughter (now 4) loves 'playing' the 'games'. She started with the the other jolly phonics materials (Jolly songs, DVD)from preschool, and I added this later. Now she's started school (last September), she reads very well, and is way ahead (accordng to her reception teacher).

I like the Jolly phonics products because they make learning fun. They're colorful and thoughtfully put together, hence my daughter loves them
