Just the job
I am an assessor / IV for iTQ level 2. This book is perfect for learners who have had limited IT experience, or have never touched a computer before, that are taking the NVQ route. It is written in straight forward and understandable language and gives good guidance of where to find further help when needed. I have advised all my IT learners of this book.
