Not a bad read
Too academic for me and not really memorable. A book that does have an effect and really makes you think about good customer service techniques is Secret Service: Licence to Thrill Your Customers Now this one I could not put down. The story is totally absorbing and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to motivate themselves into giving better customer service.
