Harry Potter Box Set (contains Books 1-6)Harry Potter Box Set (contains Books 1-6) by J.K. Rowling
Buy used from: £109.15
I've read this series 6 or 7 times and never get bored with it, brilliant stuff.
SabrielSabriel by Garth Nix
Buy new: £5.00 / Used from: £0.01
If you like Harry Potter then you will probably like Sabriel though Sabriel is much darker.
LiraelLirael by Garth Nix
Buy new: £5.49 / Used from: £0.01
This is part two of the 'sabriel trilogy'. It's good but not as good as book 1 in my opinion as this follows Lirael instead of Sabriel (who i'd grown fond of).
AbhorsenAbhorsen by Garth Nix
Buy new: £4.97 / Used from: £0.01
Last book in the 'sabriel trilogy'. Much better than Lirael this book is just as exciting as Sabriel. An excellent conclusion to the series.

Wyrd Sisters (A Discworld Novel)Wyrd Sisters (A Discworld Novel) by Terry Pratchett
Buy new: £4.76 / Used from: £0.01
How can you not love Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg? Personally i find the witches far more hillarious than the watch and the wizards, this is the best of the witch books.
Carpe Jugulum: The twenty-third Discworld novel (A Discworld Novel)Carpe Jugulum: The twenty-third Discworld novel (A Discworld Novel) by Terry Pratchett

The NamedThe Named by Marianne Curley
Buy used from: £1.50
Book 1: I love this trilogy, the scale of it is huge (different world & times), it's one of those stories that you don't want to end, very imaginative!
The Dark (Curley, Marianne. Guardians of Time, 2.)The Dark (Curley, Marianne. Guardians of Time, 2.) by Marianne Curley

The Novice (Black Magician Trilogy)The Novice (Black Magician Trilogy) by Trudi Canavan
Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £0.77
Book2: The first book was a dissapointment but i promise it was worth reading to get you here, the other two books are far better! Don't be put off by book 1, it really gets much more exciting.
The High Lord (Black Magician Trilogy)The High Lord (Black Magician Trilogy) by Trudi Canavan
Buy new: £7.14 / Used from: £1.08
Book 3: I thought the 'gay love story' was very well done, and a welcome side story to the main action. A great ending too!
