TOM TOM XL Mount Kit
Bought this unit to replace original that came in the Tom Tom box which broke on the turning part and was not very strong
The replacement unit was of a different style in that it had adjustment knobs on it and the unit was more robust but larger than the original,the mounting to the Tom Tom was the same but the rest of the unit was different

The unit works perfectly ok and my only crititism is that it will not fold down flat and fit in your pocket/bag as the original could do,but left on the screen no problems,overall seems to operate better than the original but needs to be left in the car rather than being in your bag/pocket

Better than the original.
I bought this to replace the original windscreen mount,which I've mislaid. The original one used a rotating mechanism to operate the suction pad and I found it quite awkward to use. This one uses a lever and it's far easier to operate. Recommended.

Tom Tom One v2 mount kit
Simple to use and unlike the earlier version you have to twist the suction holder onto the windscreen which gives extra suction. Once in place the satnav won't fall off (unlike the satnav on the v1 mount according to a friend). I was a bit brutal on one occassion and broke the mount, so be careful to make sure it's fully untwisted before pulling it off the windscreen. Have bought an additional mount to keep in my wife's car for convenience. Best price is on amazon with dsn ltd - cost £16 more on tom tom and currys websites.
