Crinkle, chew and suck
We were given this as a gift, so never knew his name was spike..we know him as "nervous neville". He has been firm favourite with my now 10 month old since early days, with always another bit to chew, crinkle or suck. He has so much personality its easy to make up stories with him and his handbag of eggs, so i expect he will be top of the toy box for a good while to come

Spike
I purchased Spike as I wanted something that would stimulate a tiny baby when my baby was 8 weeks old. The manufactuer's description mentions a mirror which Spike does not have - apart from this I think the description is accurate.
Spike is one of my 4 month old's favourite toys.
