Bargain of the year!!!
Just received it this morning and was exceptionally easy to set up. Looks brilliant if not a little overpowering as it is replacing a 20" TV so fills the room a fair bit!!
Have realised that it is better to sit a lot further away from TV than I usually do which also improves the picture quality and saves your neck muscle's. I'm guessing the picture will be even better had I had a better input device and digital but I'm on analogue and still happy all the same. Going to get some HDMI leads aswell which should all help quality.
It's brilliant with my Playstation & Xbox, I'm amazed at how much easier games are to play with a much larger screen. What is even better is having a PC plugged into it. As I use CAD software it saves so much time not having to zoom in/out so much, also brilliant using MS Office and viewing web pages on it as the clarity is clear enough to read on which should be expected.
Was hoping it might have had a split screen facility so I could have two input devices running at once but I can't find one so will think on next time I'm due a new TV.
Overall then I give it a 4 out of 5 but hang on...I only paid £499.99 in the sales so I am going to up it to a 5...I mean come on, how many other 42" TV's are out there for under 500 quid???????
