Disappointing
Wanted a bigger tv than my 42"LG 720p TV, so went for the 47Z3030DB because it would match my EP35 HD-DVD player, I had a problem with the PC input, the screen flashes many times on-off till it decides on VGA or XVGA, then on a white background the screen has a pink tinge to the middle-right, and a green tinge to the left, it is better than some at displayng sd pictures but still only 6 out of 10 in points, I would give the hd pictures 8 out of 10, I am dissapointed and so, its gone back,
the blacks are good, but I would suggest save £500 and go for the 42x3030 1080 pannel, till there is a much bigger improvements, I am sticking with my LG, there is very little between 720 and 1080, only a little more sharpness, you need to sit around 10ft away to get the best pics from this large TV.
