Synopsis

In Queer As Folk - Series 2 all is not quiet on Canal Street, as Stuart (Aiden Gillen), Vince (Craig Kelly) and Nathan (Charlie Hunnam) are back for more saucy adventures. Someone's trying to blackmail Stuart and he's not taking it lying down! But, as he attempts to retaliate, Vince is put into a difficult position--Stu's revenge is placing him on the wrong side of the law and could even end resulting in someone's death. Meanwhile, Nathan is still trying to get over Stuart and Vince continues the search for Mr. Wright. The saga continues in this witty, exciting drama that breaks all the rules!

Groundbreaking
I watched QAS 1 and 2 when they were aired on channel 4 and bought the DVD.

I remember watching Question Time and seeing the furore that this had created. It was a groundbreaking series, and you should buy it if only for that reason.

The press was in a frenzy, I think that their may have even been a mention of it in The Commons.

I did feel that QAS2 was inferior to the first series, but its still a really compelling watch.

Those Folk are back for more
although slightly angreer and more issue based than QAF 1 it is a great peice of work both as a sequal and a peice in its own right. This sequal continues the lives of Stuart, Vince and Nathon in bringing many of the first series developments to a head in a funny - at times wonderfully silly - toaching final -this being the last time we see the boys then its a time to remember - the only downside is the lovely Charlie Hunnam should have done more(wouldn't a spin off with Nathon been great), but hay i can't really complain.
