They are based on the 2 main characters from the extremely popular programme. Each doll has fully poseable arms and legs and removable clothing and are made from soft durable fabric. Squeeze Charlie’s tummy to hear him say 'I have this little sister Lola, she is small and very funny'. Squeeze Lola's tummy to hear her say 'I am not small, I am big'.

Batteries are included and non-replaceable, with an average lifespan of 6 months under normal use. Manufacturer’s recommended age from 3 years. Surface washable.

Charlie is seven years old. He likes playing football, making race cars and rockets. He also likes Lola, his younger sister. Lola makes him laugh a lot. Lola is four, but very nearly five. She likes pink milk, chimpanzees and her best friend Lotta. She doesn't like mushrooms, numbers bigger than 10 or itchy jumpers and she will not ever, never eat a tomato. Lola loves her brother Charlie. Together they can go anywhere and be anything.

These toys are a hit!
I bought these dolls/toys for my son who is now 20 mths and absolutely loves watching Charlie and Lola. (He has loved them since he figured out the TV had moving pictures). These dolls are durable, as they have withstood a 20 mth old pulling and dragging them everywhere. My one complaint is that they only say one phrase each: Charlie says "I have this little sister Lola, she is small and very funny" and Lola says "I'm not small I am big". It would be nice if some more phrases where added, but since I am not a toddler, it doesn't really matter. I didn't buy them for eduacational reasons, i bought them because i knew he would love to just play with them. Thankfully my instinct was right, my son loves them, they go everywhere with us and when its time for his tv hour, he gets his Charlie and Lola dolls and they watch too.

If your child is a fan, then these would make a great gift for Christmas or a Birthday, as they are priced right and are well made.

OKAY ...BUT EXPECTED BETTER FROM A WELL KNOWN BRAND
THESE TOYS ARE FROM GOLDEN BEAR - THEY'RE GOOD, IF YOU HAVE A CHARLIE AND LOLA FAN, WHICH I DO! THEY ONLY SAY ONE PHRASE EACH - CHARLIE SAYS "I HAVE THIS LITTLE SISTER LOLA SHE IS SMALL AND VERY FUNNY", LOLA SAYS "IM NOT SMALL IM BIG"....AND THTAS IT ...I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THEM TO SAY MORE PHRASES FOR THE PRICE. THE BATTERIES ARE IRREPLACEABLE (LAST 6 MONTHS) AND THEIR CLOTHES ARE FIXED, THE SOUND DEVICE IS ALSO TOO HARD TO PRESS FOR A 3 YEAR OLD. OKAY BUT COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
