Manufacturer's Description
Operation
This Operation silly skill game features bells, burps, barks & more. Grab your tweezers and hold your hand steady. What do you hear? It sounds like a toilet flushing… looks like Cavity Sam has a case of bad plumbing. Eeeeeek! Can you “operate” and help him out? Press his nose to find out if your operation was a success, then listen up and the game will tell you what to grab next. Will you be the top doc?
Object of the Game Collect the most Funatomy parts by successfully 'operating' on Cavity Sam
How to Win The game ends when all 13 Funatomy parts have been removed. The 'doctor' with the most parts wins (In the case of a tie, play again to determine a clear winner)
Solo Play Are you the only 'doctor' in the house? Play the buzzer only game to practice performing all 13 'operations' in any order
Storing Your Game Done playing for now? Anchor the tweezers by pressing down and gently sliding them under the notch. Store the Funatomy parts in the storage drawer

not as good as the original
my niece really enjoys playing this game but i think its lost some of its original characteristics. playing for money was so much more fun
Nothing new!
My daughter really wanted this game for Christmas and so we bought it for her. I remember playing this game when I was young, but I used to have lots of fun. The game, although in essence hasn't changed, is not as durable as the older version, and in fact seems rather flimsy. To be honest my children haven't really played with it. I was hoping that it would be a smash, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
Not as good as the original
This is not anywhere near as challenging as the original version of Operation, and that detracts from the fun. It's been subtitled "Silly Skill Game", and while there is an element of skill needed to play there's nothing particularly silly about it. There's a little bit of crude humour such as bogeys and flatulance sound effects but this loses it's humour after a few repetitions.
