Large Phlatball
I'd really like to review this product and say how much it's changed the lives of my children as I love the idea of a back to basics toys and could just imagine us playing hour after of hour of catch with this, but with the added bonus of it being a ball with a twist.

Basically it just doesn't work. As soon as it's thrown it pops open so the surprise element is taken away. Add to that fact that when it is popped as a ball, the construction prevents it from being thrown, kicked, bounced or easily caught by smaller children, so the limitations of play when it is a ball are quite restricted.

After some initial interest from the kids, it no longer gets much of a look in and at the rather high price for what it is, it just doesn't represent a good value purchase.

What a complete waste of money! The Phlat Ball simply doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
There is no randomness to it popping into a ball so you simply can't play any of the games with it. Only stays flat for a second or so. You are therefore left with it in a ball shape and it is too fragile to be kicked, doesn't bounce... Absolute rubbish. Don't buy!!!!

Doesn't do exactly what it says on the tin!!
Very, very disappointed with this one. A great idea, and looks well constructed. The trouble is, the ball stays flat for no more than about 3 or 4 seconds. The game suggestions on the packaging, such as throwing the flat ball around a circle of friends, and the one left holding the round ball is "out" is, quite simply, laughable because it pops open almost as it's released EVERY time.

Sorry, but this was a complete and utter waste of money.
