A little bit of pointless fun
Flip Flap, is a cute plastic plant. All my friends think I am nuts to have bought it. However I do find it somewhat mesmerizing. Also children are quite interested in it. The fact that it is solar powered may make it a fun teaching tool, albeit for a short while. Pointless and harmless fun(no batteries to replace).

Flip-Flapping-Tastic!
I have two flip flaps sitting on my windowsill. Just sitting, and swaying in the light. And do you know what? For such gentle unassuming things, they sure do attract a lot of attention. I recently had builders in and caught them all standing gazing at the flip-flaps! These big butch builders were mesmerized!
Cute, and therapeutic. I love them.
