Classic puzzle...great value...great fun :)
Still a classic. Still great fun. And great value.

The small size is ideal to carry around, though a bit too bulky to be actually used as a keyring, and the keychain gets in the way...I took it off and put it in the metal recycle bin.

After that...great miniature sized cube, easy to fit in a jacket or even trouser pocket. Great to zone out with on long journeys, or as an executive stress toy even...obviously this is once you're actually able to do it - otherwise it most certainly won't REDUCE your stress :D

At this price its the best value. The only reason I took one star off it the keychain - it's unnecessary & just gets in the way. They'd do better to just make the miniature cube & sell it on its own.

Small Just as Good as Big - Rubik
I got one of these for our youngest aged nearly eight, as he was on about the cube so much. (Have got him a normal sized one for his birthday, that he doesn't know about yet).

Seeing this so cheaply I thought it would be a good 'treat present' for during the half term holidays.

Well it was, he was given it on a long car journey and it certainly stopped the 'are we there yet?' question.

Simple to use, but the keyring bit can get in the way, take it off and you can easily play with it. The same as the normal sized version but easy to take with you (takes up very little room) small enough for keeping the glove box for those long journeys.

Quite addictive and gets everyone wanting to have a go.

Could make a great stocking filler.

Major disappointment
My rubik's cube keyring came in the post this morning, which I was really looking forward to. Having already bought its bigger brother, I thought my cubing skills could be duplicated on this smaller model.

How wrong I was; I was utterly disappointed. I expected the cube to be a little stiff and difficult to twist because it was new, but after playing with it for 15 minutes straight, I found that the plastic would not give way, and to this moment still remains very rigid. Furthermore to my horror, it was only moments before the tiny plastic pieces started popping out. The quality of this item seems very poor, and I would definitely recommend not buying this product.

This item is only good for one thing, and that's sitting on a shelf for others to admire. If you want to buy a cube, buy the official larger one - far superior.
