A good reference book for coaches

This excellent resource book is suited to all persons involved in personal and professional development. It successfully combines theory with practice, is full of helpful tools and techniques and very well written by international experts in their field.

dull
This is a dull book to read. It was scoped as useful for managers- but I found it aimed at professional coaches. Havent used anything I read in it. Will probably ebay it. Save your money & take your team out for a drink instead!
