A good reference book for coaches5
The Coaching at Work toolkit is an excellent resource for business and executive coaches. This book and the author's other book The Complete Guide to Coaching at Work are full of tools, exercises and practical examples.

A Very Valuable Toolkit5
This highly informative book explains things about coaching which you cannot find elsewhere. I have shared the book with my colleagues involved in people development and all agree how invaluable the book is.

This excellent resource book is suited to all persons involved in personal and professional development. It successfully combines theory with practice, is full of helpful tools and techniques and very well written by international experts in their field.

dull3
This is a dull book to read. It was scoped as useful for managers- but I found it aimed at professional coaches. Havent used anything I read in it. Will probably ebay it. Save your money & take your team out for a drink instead!
