Customer Reviews

A must for all coaching professionals5
What an excellent read. As a business coach I am always on the lookout for helpful books from which I can learn and develop - and this definitely falls into that category. It is well laid out, with practical suggestions, case studies, facts and figures to back it up and a very down to earth approach.

Carol Wilson has clearly got a great deal of personal business experience to call on, having worked with two of our era's great business leaders - Richard Branson and John Whitmore, as well as running her own businesses and this shows in her realistic suggestions and ideas for Performance Coaching. It will sit next to just a couple of other Coaching 'must have's' that I really will refer back to time and again.

Best Practice in Performance Coaching5
As an experienced executive coach spanning some 12 years globally, I was hesitant about buying yet another book about coaching or leadership, most of which are on my bookshelf, and some of which I have actually read. However curiosity got the better of me - and wow! This is not a text book that labours on from page to page in deep rooted psychology. Nor is it a reference book that will never be refered to. It is for me, one of those very rare books that rates rave "I couldn't put it down" reviews!. Whether you are new to the coaching profession and still out there finding your feet, or an old hand like me, there is gem after gem of highly useful and informative material in Carol's book that will provide immeasurable help time after time.
This work, in my opinion is a 'must have'for anyone involved in the coaching profession. Full of content and written in a style that makes it so very readable.
