Customer Reviews

An excellent tool for workplace trainers and assessors5
As a reference book for use in training needs analysis and assessment in the workplace, I have yet to find another book which is as helpful in specific ways and provides useful and adaptable tools. As a workplace trainer and lecturer to tertiary and adult students I have found this book to be invaluable. Training needs analysis is an important and growing aspect of human resource management departments in large and small organisations as the money available for training employees is ever-shrinking. To have found such a useful book to assist me in my work has been a huge advantage.
