Customer Reviews

Disappointing2
Pros:
Follows BPS syllabus, has a few genuinely fresh insights into the material

Cons:
Poor layout, little effective use of examples, overly flowery language, excessive use of undefined jargon, lack of real depth, companion website is of limited use

Alternative recommendations:
Best for accessibility - Arnold's `Work Psychology' or Landy & Conte's `Work In The 21st Century'
Best for depth - Chmiel's `Work And Organisational Psychology'
