The indespensable Helper
It is a Exactly what it says & a lot more beside.
In Chapter 1. You are given a Introduction "To the Skin " It goes on to tell you about it's Functions, Components & Structure, Layers.
Chapter 2. Deals with Product Penetration. Chapter 3.Addresses Skin Types & conditions.
Then in Chapter 4. You are given a very useful Definition of Terms.

In Part 2. You get An Introduction to Cosmetic Ingredients The author goes into Labeling Regulations. ( They are American NOT British)
But please do not let this put you off the book.)

After this Their are 248 pages some have as many as 10 listings, In Alphabetical order on every conceivable cosmetic ingredient.

They finnalise the book with a Appendix of Botanical/Latin Names.
I was expecting just the Listings in Alphabetical order. WICH I GOT but I also got a Profound Mini Education In all of the above.
In My Oppion This Author shows amazing Dedication & a real Caer for The Public as a whole in passing on her Knowledge.
