Customer Reviews
Really good guide
I found this guide invaluable when planning my latest Africa trip. Has a good balance of overview and comprehensiveness so not too heavy. Usually I get Lonely Planet but this is the best around at the moment.
Informative
I found this guide better than the Lonely Planet guidebook. Just the right amount of information and not too heavy. Used it to plan my entire South Africa trip. Suggest also buying the Map as helps planning road journeys.
Guide to a Guide
This is well worth reading if you are considering a trip to S Africa. It's full of useful information about everything you'll need to know - and more! As independent travellers, we've come to rely on the Rough Guide series, and this publication lived up to expectations.
