A word of Caution
I have just received this recipe book and although I am sure the recipes are delicious I think it should be mentioned that not many of the recipes are illustrated, something I prefer as I like to know what its supposed to look like and secondly many (if not all the recipes) are american and therefore use some ingredients which you either don't know what they are (eg cilantro) or can't find here (eg graham crackers)- just worth mentioning I felt!
A favourite cookbook!
I have to agree with the other reviewers that his is an excellent cookbook. The "Bella Braised Chicken" is super, as are all the other recipes I have tried. This is one way to enjoy what you're eating without tasting like "diet" food. I highly recommend this book.
This really is "SIMPLY THE BEST"
I was so excited when this book arrived at my house. I didn't put it down for hours. My stomach was growling just reading the recipes!!! I am following the point system and it is the easiest diet and best diet I have ever been on. The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MUSHROOM BARLEY SOUP!!! Don't hesitate. Run, don't walk. Order it now. You'll be glad you did. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and the results are so very fast. If Fergie can do it, I can too. Enjoy and be healthy.
