Review
This is an important contribution to the field of evidence-based medicine. It is a well written, easy to understand, follow, and use, small handbook that I plan to keep in my pocket whenever reading medical literature from now on. It is specifically designed to assist non-statistician readers work through the maze of analysis reported in clinical medicine. It is well organised and flows from basic concepts to specific areas. All you need to know to pass
Comparing this text with others in the field of critical appraisal - this is the most comprehensible. The author has managed to convey a subject which is often alien to doctors in an undertandable and exam focussed way. Brilliant !
