Primates
A primate is any member of the biological order Primates (Latin: "prime, first rank", the group that contains all the species commonly related to the lemurs, monkeys, and apes, with the last category including humans.With the exception of humans, which now inhabit every continent on Earth, most primates live in tropical or subtropical regions of the Americas, Africa and Asia. A few species exist as far north in the Americas as southern Mexico, and as far north in Asia as northern Japan.
