Good product - never used the support services though
I did read the one and only review which rated the Aspire 4920 Notebook with 1 star - I've never found the need to use Customer Services and I hope I never do.
However, the computer it self appears to be a 'really good product'. Everyone who see's this product is amazed at the quality and at the speed of which it works and responds - I would recommend this laptop to anyone
Highly Recommended
For under £400 this laptop is a bargain. The surround sound is superb and the 2GB of RAM is easily upgradable to 4GB. It is very fast with all applications, although if you are a serious gamer this is NOT the laptop for you- you will need a dedicated graphics card. Battery life is excellent at 2 and 3/4 hours. The 14" screen size on the 4920 is super and the 120GB hard drive is adequate for all my needs (I do not download movies, only music) although if you want the 15.4" screen size then the identical but sllghtly larger 5920 is for you and you get a 160 GB hard drive too. The grey keyboard is easy to use and the black gloss exterior looks very swish. I would highly recommend the 4920. So far I cannot find fault with it -even the 1.5 GHz processer works like lightning.
