Christian Prayer for Dummies
For Christians prayer is often something you're expected to do, but no-one is really good at teaching it. This book is clear, unassuming, contains plenty of good old ideas, and some clever new (to me) ones. My only criticism is that some of the web and other resources are US based, but don't let that put you off. If you're not happy about your prayer life, the only thing you can do is practice, this book will help you.
Christian Prayer for Dummies
The book gives a very good overall introduction to the many themes of prayer. I thought the book was excellent value.
