Customer Reviews

finally king of the ring 2000 has made its way back to dvd5
You will see everything on this dvd, the king of the ring tournament, handicap table, dumpster matches, fatul four way tag team title matches, the rock regain the wwf title in a six man tag match and all the special features exclusivly on dvd. Personally, I think the handicap table, dumpster matches with Tori, Road Dogg, and X-Pac against the table topping Dudley Boyz is the best, with the six man tag for the wwf title with Kane,Undertaker and the Rock, against Shane and Vince McMahon and Triple H a close secon. IF YA SMELLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING

8 men, 7 matches, 1 goal, this is King of the Ring.4
Quarter Final Match
Rikishi vs Chris Benoit 4/10
This could have been a great match if it was made to go one a bit longer even so it was still a good match.

Quarter Final Match
Val Venis vs Eddie Guerrero 5/10
Decent match with some good moves and close calls.

Quarter Final Match
Crash Holly vs Bull Buchanan 3/10
This was a match to just show how powerful and how much he can control a match with a small guy like Crash Holly (which he does with ease), although the ending is quite a surprise

Quarter Final Match
Kurt Angle vs Chris Jericho 6/10
This is a great quarter final match lots of action. Great.

Tag Team Title Fatal Four Way Elimination Match
Too Cool (Scotty 2 Hotty and Grand Master Sexay) vs Edge and Christian vs The Hardy Boyz vs Test and Albert 8/10
This was an great match lots of fast paced action, excellent stuff.

If you want to know who is in the semi finals and final matches then you will have to watch for your self.

Semi Final Match 5/10

? vs ?
An ok match a bit on the short side.

Semi Final Match 5/10
? vs ?
I was quite surprised by the beginning of the match, some good moves, fast paced but then it went downhill from there.

Hardcore Title Evening Gown Match
Gerald Brisco vs Pat Patterson 2/10
Two old men dressed as women, wrestling for the hardcore title you do the maths. Funny stuff but I think we are all glad that Crash Holly came down to end the match quickly.

3 on 2 Handicap Tables vs Dumpster Match
X-Pac, Road Dogg and Tori vs The Dudley Boyz 7/10
This was a great match but not as great as the tag team title match earlier I think.

King of the Ring Final Match
? vs ? 6/10
Not bad, not bad but could have been better.

World Title 6 Man Tag Team Match
Triple H, Vince and Shane McMahon vs The Rock, The Undertaker and Kane 9/10
Match of the night, full of action and drama.

The WWF did a great job with King of the Ring 2000 they had some great matches and some not so great matches. Buy it now.

6 man tag mayhem for the WWF tittle3
The anual tournament which can make or break careers i.e stone cold. The Tournamnet is descent enough but the Jericho -v- Angle match sucked as Stephine screws Jericho out of a 2nd round match. The Crash Holly match was awful. Next was the Hardcore evening gown match (PLEASE SKIP THIS MATCH IF U HAVE ANY SENSE). The 4 corners match for the tag tittles and the dumpster table match were great. The KOTR final was a good enough match pitting Angle against Rikisi. Angle won the match with a belly -to-belly suplex off the top rope! But the fun comes with the main event HHH,VINCE,SHANE -v- KANE,TAKER,ROCK one fall for the WWF tittle, memorable moments are when shane gets chokeslamed through the announce table off the top rope by Undertaker, anyway it ends with VINCE going for the corporate (peoles) elbow but the ROCK getting up and delivering a rock bottom for the win. The Game looks annoyed and the show closes
