Eddie battles Brock for heavyweight gold!
No Way Out was a satisfying pay-per-view which featured one of the most memorable championship matches in recent history. It also featured a red hot segment were RAWs Goldberg stormed the ring to gain a measure of revenge.

WWE Tag Team Champioship:
HANDICAP MATCH
Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty Vs The Basham Bros. & Shiniqua 2/5
Very poor opener that made you wonder why they put Shiniqua in it.

BLINDFOLD MATCH:
Jamie Noble Vs Nidia 3/5
poor match of coarse but it was pretty funny.

Rhyno Vs Hardcore Holly 1/5
An awful match that was put booked only fill up the card.

The APA Vs Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin 3/5
Pretty good match despite being another card filler.

Cruiserweight Championship:
Rey Mysterio (W/Jose Peyes) Vs Chavo Gurerro (W/Chavo Snr.) 4/5
Great match were Rey was accompanied by former 2 time lightweight boxing champion Jose Peyes. Good to see the cruiserweight championship get some attetion for once.

NO.1 CONTENDER TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Big Show Vs Kurt Angle Vs John Cena 5/5
Great match were the winner would get a title match at Wrestlemania.

WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar Vs Eddie Gurerro 5/5
Brilliant match with an emotional ending that will have you on your feet.

There may be lots of card fillers but it isn't the worst PPV WWE has produced. It's deffinently worth getting for the Eddie Vs Brock match.

WWE Tag Team Title Handicap Match
Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty vs The Basham Brothers and Shaniqua 6/10
A decent start to a decent match but I don't know why they have made it a handicap match by putting Shaniqua in it

Boyfriend vs Girlfriend Match: Jamie Noble is Blind folded
Jamie Noble vs Nidia 5/10
This was a funny match even though it was short

The World's Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas) vs The Acolytes 6/10
Another decent tag team match with two contrasting styles and to see who will be the main contenders for the tag team titles

Rhyno vs Hardcore Holly 5/10
Some good wrestling but was a bit to long and could have been left off the PPV for all I cared

Cruiserweight Title Match
Rey Mysterio vs Chavo Guerrero Jr 7/10
Two of the greatest cruiserweights go at it in one of the best matches of the night

Number 1 Contenders Match for the WWE Title
Big Show vs John Cena vs Kurt Angle 7/10
Another great match but it was a bit short for a match of this calibre

WWE Title Match
Brock Lesnar vs Eddie Guerrero 10/10
This is the match of the night with excellent performances from both men and ever since this match Eddie has been pushed to the main event status that he finally deserves

SmackDown's first attempt at their first PPV of the year and they do a good job but if it wasn't for the main event, triple threat match and the cruiserweight title match this would have been terrible

Smackdown Presents: No Way Out 2004
This was a Smackdown brand ppv, which included some poor matches, plus some very good ones. Due to Smackdown not having the best roster of main event talent, they did what they could to make this ppv enjoyable.

Handicap Match
Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty (c) Vs The Basham Brothers & Shaniqua
An OK match - but just ok. Would of been far better if it was just a regular tag team match. [5/10]

Blindfold Match
Jamie Knoble Vs Nidia
The match itself wasnt very good, however was funny in parts. [5/10]

Rhyno Vs Hardcore Holly
This match was just a card filler. When i first knew the match would be happening, i thought oh no what a load of rubbish this is gunna be!! but it actually isnt that bad. Definately watchable. [5.5/10]

Worlds Greatest Tag Team (Haas & Benjamin) Vs APA
Another card filler. But the match was actually pretty good. WGTT made the match what it was with there great in ring skills. Hass & Benjamin = two STARS of the future no doubt! [6.5/10]

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Rey Mysterio (c) Vs Chavo Guerrero
A GREAT match! lots of high flying moves. And it was good to see a Cruiserweight Championship match being booked so well, and being so high up the card for once. [8/10]

Triple threat Match, For the #1 Conterndership for the WWE Title at Wrestlemania XX
Kurt Angle Vs Big Show Vs John Cena
A great match. Good efforts by all three men with decent in ring work. [8.5/10]

WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar (c) Vs Eddie Guerrero
Very decent match. Great work by both wrestlers. Definately the best match of the night. Probably worth buying this dvd just for this match alone. A great ending to the match too. [10/10]
