Learning Really Can Be Fun!
My three and a half year old daughter really loves her "special book" - At Home with Writing. Her enthusiasm is such that I have to limit how many pages we do each day. This is a fantastic study aid for parents who want to help prepare their children for that all important step up to "big school".
The exercises follow on from each other in a very logical manner, building on skills and ideas learnt from the previous pages. There are lots of opportunties to develop writing skills, but also plenty of exercises involving the use of colour and incorporating ideas on matching and observation. The format of the book is very appealing for children and helps build their confidence through structured repetition.
We will definitely be ordering more of the "At Home" series.
