Fantastic if you're a small boy
I'm not an eight-year-old boy. But my son is; he bought these with his Christmas money and has loved them endlessly ever since. I don't think he's lost any of them.

I thought they were a bit silly and said so, but you know, his money. You get three lightsabers that don't fit into your DS properly. But they're nicely detailed and, you know, tiny lightsabers. Turns out you can poke people with them too. And make whooshing noises. Who knew?

I think if you're looking for a treat for a DS-mad Star Wars-mad child (I would say this product appeals primarily to boys, but I don't want to be prescriptive here) these styluses would really fit the bill. I haven't tried the light up ones, but they might be *even better*. If that were possible.

Cool styluses
These are fun styluses, nothing more, so you get what you see, with nice styling on the ends. They don't light up and don't fit in the DS, so you'll be disappointed if this is what you expected. Overall, does what it says, the kids love them.

Really poor
They don't fit into the DS Lite even though they are for the DS lite - what is the point! This really should be flagged on the amazon website.
