Wonderful Telly at Wonderfully Cheap Price!
Having previously been a dyed in the wool Sony freak, it took a lot of checking of specifications, comparisons and prices to persuade me to buy a Philips TV. Thank goodness I did!

Very, very easy to set-up, all Freeview channels in my area became immediately available (including some my old Freeview box didn't pick up - ?) Added my VCR and DVD players with no problems at all. Easy to use controls too on remote control, allowing me to change any colour/brightness etc preferences to personal taste. Cannot find any fault with it at all, other LCD TV's of same size and spec are far, far more expensive.

If you choose to buy this TV, you won't be disappointed. It looks very stylish, the picture quality is excellent and it's very easy to use.

Looks great, but faulty freeview
Had the set for a few months now. It looks great, and was pleased with my buy, but found faults with the digital channels immediately. Every so often, it will freeze when switching channels, and the only way out is to turn to terrestrial TV or switch off. Also, sometimes, the picture will crack, and take time before it resumes to normal quality.

However, on the plus-point, it has the option to switch to terrestrial TV, which has not frozen, but the picture quality is not as good as the digital option. Perhaps not the buy for you if you are looking for uninterrupted viewing.

Excellent Service
Television ordered Sunday Evening and was despatched on Monday and received on the Wednesday afternoon. Two days excellent service as always from Amazon.
Television was a doddle to set up took about 5 mins from taking out of box and sitting down to watch. This included connecting to sky+ box and dvd recorder (and I am a pensioner and a woman)
Picture quality excellant cant wait to receive HD pictures.
Price was cheapest I could find on internet.
