Poor and Rubbish !!!
Never ever buy this insurance. If you do, please read all terms and conditions very carefully and even further you should call their customer service to explain those to you. As there might have many hidden notes or clause they use against your claim. After I purchased my Rice Cooker from a top brand company, I purchased this as it was recommended. After couple of months use it was accidentally damaged and non-stick portion got removed. The insurance says that it covers "Accidental Damage" but when I claimed, they said as its still operational (meaning it still cooks rice and half of it gets burnt as non-stick is gone) so they denied my claim.

A pure waste of money in buying insurance like this 'Great Rubbish' from Allianz. Also they won't reply you pretty quick. Isn't it funny to suck people's money????
