A Sense of Unease3
This dvd conveys a lack of enthusiasm which goes over and above the usual poor cut-paste-and-get-it-on-the-shelves editing standard. Despite a pretty reasonable season, the whole thing has an end of era feeling to it. No more Highbury, no more Wenger magic (or at least a magic that pales in the face of Abramovich's billions), a grim realisation that we probably had our greatest chance to win the Champion's League in 03-04, the fading of Freddie and Bobby, all combine to give a sense that the va va voom has gone out of Arsenal FC at the moment.
Even the brilliant matches / results like the 5-3 over Boro and the 5-4 at Spurs are nothing more than tasty appetizers for what turned out to be a bitter main course - THAT game at Old Trafford followed by a thumping in Munich.
Thankfully there was the sugar sweetness of a fluked, undeserved (and therefore even more appreciable!) Cup win over The Enemy to finish off the meal, but the interviews for me showed a tired and dispirited bunch of Gooners, which even got me worried that TH14 might do a bunk this summer - at which point we may as well all go home.
The other bright spots were the realisation in hindsight that in fact we did lose a lot of key players to injury this season, so that with a bit of luck a healthier squad will be able to do something to make their redcurrant shirts be remembered, and to see that we do have an excellent crop of youngsters with Cesc and Senderos at the fore.
Fingers crossed that the va va voom will be back for 05-06!

Nice but like last years DVD4
I really enjoyed the DVD. It is nice to see all the goals again. Even though Arsenal did not end the season in a good way (only the FA Cup to show for it) but they played some of the best attacking games..

To watch the likes of Henry, Reyes, Pirse, Bergkamp, Ljungberg and co score and create the amaizing goals is enough..

Other than that i think the menu was ok with not much "Special Features". The interviews were good as well..
