Great, easy to follow workout
Lovely legs workout is an easy to follow workout. I am quite fit and exercise 6 days out of 7 a week. I wanted a workout purely to define my legs more. The book consists of 3 workouts per week. Each workout is split into 2 sections. 1st section of cardio, 2nd section leg exercises. One workout lasts for approximately 60 mins, (30 mins cardio 30 mins legs.Each workout starts with cardio, either a steady pace of running for 30 mins or an interval run for 30 mins.After the cardio section you continue with 4 different leg exercises per week, and have to complete between 10 and 20 reps per set, depending on your fitness level, 2 sets in total. The book is very easy to follow and gives alternative exercises for working out at home where equipment is very little. as the weeks progress so do the exercises until you get to weeks 5 and 6 where you complete super sets. ( exercises with no rest period).
All in all with a combined healthy eating plan and extra activities, I can see a noticeable change in the shape of my legs. Definately more shape and defined muscles but you can achieve this on any part of the body with hard work and determination. The book is definately a great motivator and well worth a look.
