The best football DVD I've seen...
Quite possibly the best football DVD ever, this Soccer AM special covers some of the best goals ever scored in world football. The final 10 is Tim Lovejoy's personal selection, but the real highlights are the Roberto Carlos screamers (lots of them), including THAT free-kick against France in 1997, and the show-boating special with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane. Also shown is a mind-boggling goal from Ibrahimovic in the Dutch league and a halfway-line stunner from Rivaldo. Amazing.

Disappointingly, some great moments have been left out completely; Nayim's wonder strike against Arsenal in 1995 is inexplicably missing, as is Matt Le Tissier, scorer of pretty much half of the Premiership's all-time best goals. And what about Rivaldo's bicycle kick against Valencia or Ronaldinho's goal of the season 40-yarder against Sevilla last season?

But overall, it's pure Soccer AM class; with great features on Spanish commentary, best saves, best misses and most importantly, Pearl Heenan in probably the funniest sports clip you'll ever see.

This was sold to me as the best of soccer am!

Instead its just a collection of best goals, saves etc from the worlsd of football - which gets dull after 5mins

True all the soccer am characters are there - in decidedly unfunny situations

there are no, repeat no clips from the show!

what a rip off!

DON'T BOTHER
After watching this dvd i honestly feel ripped off. The whole dvd is just Tim and Helen walking about the studio talkin about goals. I was looking forward to seeing all the best bits that makes the program so good but there was nothing. If you want to watch tim and helen talk about goals for an hour then buy it, but you would be best just watching the program on a saturday morning.
