Faulty!1
After having a 512mb battery powered MP3 player i thought it was time to change to a 2GB mp3 player. A friend told me about the Sony players and i thought i would try it out and being Sony it wouldn't have a problem... i was wrong!
It worked for 2 weeks before breaking. It won't turn on plus when i connect it to the USB it comes up with USB device not recognized.
I don't think i will be buying this player again!

Good mini flash mp3 player4
Generally a good player with great battery life and mobility. Controls take a little getting used to but nothing that anyone who can read a manual cannot handle.Points to take note of include:
1)In the bright sunlight you cannot see the LCD screen
2)You need to use SonicStage which is not the worst thing ever but it takes a little getting used to and can be a bit slow.
3)Does not work on any other OS except for Windows.

Point (3) is bugging me now as I would like to move to a Mac at middle of the year.

faulty1
One thing i will say first to the people complaining about the connect software is stop being crybabies cos they dont force you to use there software, cos with my new sony mp3 i use windows media so stop complaining and theres nothing wrong with the connect software in the first place.

now the reason ive given this 1 star is because mine started out fine and then in a couple of days most of my songs wouldnt play. i tried deleting the song and then loading them up again but then that song would be fine and another would then stop playing. mine was proberly just a faulty and i did get a refund. It hasnt put me off sony cos i said earlier that i bought another sony mp3 (not this one though, i bought a NW-A1200) and that mp3 plays perfect.
