What a Let down
This 'work out' is very poor! Firstly the setting is less than motivational - it looks like it is being filmed in a working mens club. Very drab.
Secondly the music is inappropriate. The movements do not correspond with the rhythm of the music. And the movements that you are asked to do are very repetative and not clearly demonstrated.
And the biggest let down was Nadia, she does not lead the exercises, she joins in when she can and looks pathetic. I liked her in the BB house but this is really shameful that she could put her name to it.
I dont usually write reviews but thought i should let u all know that it really is a waste of money! Mine is back up for sale! A dvd i wouldn't let go is Jades dance workout - now that is fun!

Ignore Nadia and it's not bad
I bought this DVD not knowing anything about Nadia (I don't watch BB). I just thought, Oh Latino, that should be fun...well, if you ignore Nadia and concentrate on the leader then you can really work your legs or just hop about to the nice music. It is very repetitive, but if you're not very co-ordinated then I'm sure this would add to the enjoyment. I suspect there are better Latino exercise DVDs out there, I just don't know what they are. Unless you're desperate don't buy this one.

Great Workout
I found this workout very good an easy to follow. I had a good workout without realising it!! Worth buying and easier than going to the gym!! The men are quite nice on it as well!!
