	Chinatown [DVD] [1974] Buy used from: £2.17 a very atmospheric and enjoyable yarn.
	Farewell My Lovely [DVD] [1975] Buy new: £2.98 / Used from: £3.97 mitchum is marlow and this is an underated classic.
	Shirley Valentine [DVD] [1989] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £2.99 "chips and egg" smashing !
	The Straight Story [DVD] [1999] Buy used from: £1.88 didnt know what to expect but found this to be a really heartwarming and enjoyable film.
	The Two Jakes [DVD] [1991] Buy new: £2.98 / Used from: £1.99 a very good sequel to a great original film.
	Bullitt [1968] [DVD] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £1.34 a tense, well paced classic......mcqueen on top form. the car chase may have been equalled (ronin, french connection) but hasnt been bettered.
	The Big Sleep [DVD] [1977] Buy used from: £0.50 an enjoyable, undemanding film, with mitchum on good form.
	Ronin [DVD] [1998] Buy new: £4.88 / Used from: £1.28 excellent film, great car chases, good story.
	The Bargee [VHS] [1964] Buy used from: £11.45 a very funny film, underrated.....a gem. written by galton + simpson (steptoe and son, hancock etc)
	The Fearless Vampire Killers [1967]aka dance of the vampires [VHS] Buy used from: £3.45 in parts very eery, in others very funny. worth seeing just to see alfie bass as a jewish vampire.
	Planes, Trains & Automobiles [1987] [DVD] Buy new: £2.98 / Used from: £1.68 candy and martin playing it for all they are worth.........very funny film
	The Crimson Rivers [DVD] [2001] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £1.16 a good solid thriller.
