Great selection of recipes from around the world
I picked up this book off the bookcase of a bar/restaurant in Hong Kong, and was so intrigued that I read almost the whole book in a pleasant afternoon. Assembling good ingredients sourced from around the world, and used in recipes which combine innovation and tradition, you can eat very well for at least a year by using the easy to follow recipes. My advice is buy the hard back version - I have used the soft back so much that after just a few weeks it is falling apart !
