We Lost Stones On This Diet - It Works!!!
My husband and I bought Rosemary's first GI Jeans book last year to get ready for our wedding. I lost over a stone with it, whilst my husband lost 2 1/2 stones. That was by last June and for the rest of the year we found it very easy to maintain our new healthy weights just by sticking with the recpes in the book, whilst still haveing the odd (sometimes frequent!!) treats.
We bought this follow up book in January to give us more recipe ideas (and to lose the Christmas bulge!)and it hasn't disappointed. The recipes are full of lovely fresh ingredients, filling, and above all they really, really work!!! This diet plan is so easy to stick to, not too strict (you get a daily chocolate treat!!) and the ingredients for the meals are not expensive at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who wants to lose weight. it really woked for us and we are certainly not blessed with the strongest willpower in the world!!!!!!!
Highly effective....
This diet and lifestyle plan is really effective, I lost 7lbs in the first week on this diet, and my husband has lost a stone in 3 weeks. Its very easy and once the first 2 weeks are over, we both slipped into an easy routine of healthy eating. We did Rosemary's Shape up & Salsacise DVD every other day, and this really speeded things up, so that is a top tip. Some of the recipes are nice some a bit bland, but they can be easily adapted, the whole family happily eats low gi healthy meals every night.
It work's
This really does work! i'm rubbish at diet's ... I started on the two week diet as recommended and lost six and half pounds - but my shape started to change, I have now lost my first one stone and one pound! and feel great ... still a long way to go but I really do recommend it. The receipe's are tasty and you don't feel like your on a diet ... try it! no clubs near me though :0(
