Boot Camp Diet has helped transform my life. If like me, you have struggled and failed with other diets then this is a must for you. The Boot Camp Diet is simple, delicious and is easy to follow. I recommend this book to anyone struggling to lose weight. I have lost 1 stone and counting so far!

A book for vegetarian masochists .1
Money for old rope,if you want to live on soup,nettle tea and various obscure vegetables go for it.
I was hoping to find help with weight loss through a healthy diet and eating plan.
I realise this is a 14 day detox plan but it is far too advanced for most people.

This is brilliant, a step by step guide - you can't go wrong. Boot Camp is hard work but I know it will be worth sticking with it. This doesn't feel like your ordinary diet, food is tasty and plenty of it. Certainly going to give this one a good try. Would recommend book to anyone.
