Synopsis
Scarlett's not red like a sunset, she's red with rage. She cannot believe her mum's sunk so low as to pack her off to Ireland to stay with the dad who left them. Surely he's the reason for everything going wrong, her never being able to stay in a school, rules always just, somehow, seeming to get broken? Ha! They won't get round her so easily. But she hasn't reckoned the gorgeous Kian, and he might just find a way to change Scarlett's mind. There's a chance that - this time - things will be different...

Customer Reviews

My review5
My book,Scarlett is the best book I've ever read its really funny sometimes sad and exiting. I love it because I can really get into it and enjoy it so much, I could read it all day. My friends have also read it and said it was an exellent book. I think Jacquilene Wilson has met her match (cathy cassidy).

Scarlett is a troublsome 12 year old girl who has been all over because her mum is finding her hard to handle until she goes to dads house in island...

Brill read5
Another one of Cathy Cassidys amazing books!
Scarlett is forced to go live with her dad and his girlfriend in Ireland after giving her mum a hard time with that awful attitude of hers.
There she learns a lot about life and becomes a better person.

3 inch red wedge sandals, knee lenght sripy socks and tomatoe red hair?5
scarlett is sooooo different from cc other books(dizzy, indigo blue and driftwood) but it is the best yet. it's basically about a girl who never fits in her many schools that she has been to and has "behavior problems" or is it just that people don't understand her?
until mum is fed up and sends her to the middle of nowhere in ireland to live with the last person she would like to see...dad.
there she trys to fit in the "perfect, peaceful and comfortble life" with a step sister and supposed to be evil step-mother.
but things seem much better when she meets a gorgeous and mysterious boy kian on a beautifull black horse midnight.

i think this book is great for people who love cathy cassidy. i love it and it is my favourite of hers although i do like her others. if you haven't read any of her other books read it and this aswell.

i advice you to get it!!!!!

i give it 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!
